A) Right now we are waiting to find out whether the hard fork (which would enable you to cash out your DAO tokens back into Eth) is going to go through. If the hard fork does not go through, token holders will have to brace for a long siege with the hacker as we try to recoup all the funds.

B) TheDAO project is now permanently discontinued because the code is flawed. In other words the best outcome for you would be to be able to cash out your DAO tokens back into Eth. In the future, another DAO will need to be created. You would then need to reinvest in that one instead.

In short, you would want a hard fork to pass as a DAO token holder in order to retrieve your Eth back. Directions on how to do that will be released at some point.
